LAPORAN MEMBUAT UNDANGAN DENGAN MAIL MERGE

1.       FORMAT CELL

Langkah-langkah untuk melakukan format cell dalam Microsoft excel adalah:

•   Tulis NIM teman pada kolom yang telah disiapkan, jika muncul seperti berikut
  
  
  
  
  
•  Klik kanan pada kolom nim yang dituliskan, pilih format cell, pilih number dan pilih chategory number lalu ok
  
•  Maka akan muncul demikian
  
  
  
• Lalu tulis nama dan NIM teman 5 atas dan 5 bawah
  

2.       LANGKAH-LANGKAH MEMBUAT MAIL MERGE

•  Setelah teks undangan selesai ditulis, klik mailings. Lalu pilih start mail merge
  
• Pilih normal word document
  
•  Klik select recipients
  
•  Pilih use existing list
  
• Kemudian pilih document yang telah disimpan, setelah itu open
• Pilih sheet 1 kemudian kilk ok
  
•  Letakkan kursor di tempat kita menuliskan nama, klik insert merge field
  
• Pilih nama lalu NIM secara bergantian
•   Masukkan jumlah teman yang ingin dimasukkan pada go to record
  
• Untuk mengecek, klik preview result

Kesimpulan : 

Laptop HP memiliki spesifikasi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan Laptop Asus. Hal ini disebabkan oleh processor yang dimiliki HP lebih tinggi atau lebih canggih dibanding laptop Asus, sehingga proses data yang dilakukan sangat cepat. Kelengkapan yang dimiliki untuk menangkap atau mengambil jaringan internet lebih canggih laptop HP, karena lebih banyak hardware yang dimiliki. Kapasitas penyimpanan yang dimiliki laptop Asus lebih kecil daripada laptop HP. Piranti tambahan yang ada pada laptop Asus lebih sedikit dengan laptop HP karena tujuan minimalis sistem yang akan diproses.
